Welcome to Sinaloa Middle School, where Success Is Expected!

Sinaloa has an established tradition of developing innovative opportunities for our students and their families. We are proud of our flourishing enrichment and intervention program, known as “What I Need” or WIN, which provides a time for individual exploration in areas of interest, and critically, academic support to students who need it. Teachers and staff continue to develop the program, and we are excited at the learning and opportunities that come out of it!

Sinaloa’s International Mindedness (IM) academic program has been developed in the same spirit as Royal High School’s International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, and seeks to prepare students for the rigors and expectations of the prestigious IB Diploma. Our commitment to effectively prepare students for their next steps extends into 6th grade, where our phenomenal team of teachers balance a nurturing approach to helping students transition to middle school and beyond with a depth of academic and social preparation.

We are fortunate to have pioneering teachers in the aerospace, computing, and engineering fields. Their innovative energy brings relevant and exciting opportunities to Sinaloa’s students. Sinaloa also has a long tradition of excellence in the visual and performing arts, which proudly continues to develop and inspire our community.

Surrounded by passionate, professional teachers, our students are given many opportunities to explore the world around them and their place in it. Sinaloa Middle School teachers, staff, and families take seriously the work of preparing students to chase their dreams and grow their passions, and it is my great honor and pleasure to support them.

Having served in Simi Valley Schools since 2006, I am truly thrilled to be supporting the work of our teachers and students. As a parent of young children, I also understand and deeply respect the tireless work of dedicated families in supporting their students. I very much look forward to partnering with you, as well. As principal of your child’s school, I believe we share the responsibility to give each young person the tools and opportunities to be successful from here to anywhere!

Kindest regards,

Bradley Torti

Principal, Sinaloa Middle School
